I booked a room with them when I arrived at the hotel they told me there was a mistake with booking all the rooms were booked because the U.

N was in town. The man at the desk told me dont worry he will take care of the charge on my bank card for booking the room. The supervisor said I never showed up and I wasn't able to get my refund. This hotel has a bunch of thieves working there and liars. I definitely dont recommend this hotel and if you find yourself staying there please make sure to get everyones name and print outs of your bill and if they say they will refund your card for a charge or deposit ask for it in writing. So we took the Airtrain from Newark airport to Penn Station and walked about 1 mile. It was an easy walk as we wanted to browse through Manhattan. Not a problem with one small rolling suitcase each.
